Territory

Worldwide. Perpetual for the New Song, subject to the caps of the tier you bought.

Regular vs Exclusive

Regular licenses are non-exclusive. Exclusive is the last new license of that Beat. Prior Regular licenses always survive Exclusive.

Files

MP3 Lease delivers MP3. WAV Lease delivers WAV + MP3. Trackout and Exclusive deliver stems where uploaded, plus WAV + MP3.

Payment

No license exists until Stripe marks the session paid. The PDF is the executed copy of the clickwrap you accept at checkout.
